Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood actor and writer that has won critical acclaim for her skills. Sagittarius in birth the actress was born on December 3, 1960 on the state of North Carolina. She's the eldest of three siblings. She was born to Peter Moore Smith who was a paratrooper. Her mother Anne is a psychotherapist. She is of English-Scottish descent. Moore was often in and out of her family due to the duties that her dad was employed in.
